Hi guys, new to the site. after a bit of advice.
We're looking for a new camera which will be to take on honeymoon next month.
We've narrowed it down to these two. I know they are in different classes to each other.
I want the FZ38, mainly because it looks like a proper camera(DSLR) and looking at the reviews on this site the picture quality is definately better than the tz10
the Mrs wants more of a point and shoot style camera so she's taking more to the TZ10. even though i keep saying the FZ38 has an automatic mode just like the TZ10 she won't have it.

So guys, which one would you go for?

Personally I would take the TZ10. When I want to bring a camera it is either pocketable or a DSLR.

The TZ-10/ZS-7 takes great outdoor photos, there is no doubt about that. But when taken indoors that image quality begins to drop somewhat. The FZ-35 is a much better camera, in my opinion for image quality, and it gives you an EVF which makes framing your photos much easier.
