I am doing some research for a mail order lab in the UK. It is a long standing company with 78 years of history behind it.
There have been major changes in the photographic sector as you all know and I wondered if anyone had any suggestions for how the industry could improve its service for you.
With regard to
prices?
delivery time?
services you would like to see?
How would you like to be able to pay?
How do you want to be able to submit work? ie downloadable order forms.
Any other gripes or examples of good service?

Interesting, I think companies should still offer services for black & white and film photography.
