New Digicam, Need Help

Hi everyone,
Im Sumit from Kolkata and I need a good digicam around Rs. 10000 (approx $200 ). These are my criteria..
1. Optical zoom 10x or more
2. Full manual control, as I want to learn photography and most probably going to buy a dSLR after 3yrs.
3. Bulky or Heavy no problem
4. No 3D or Very good video needed.
I recently searched web and got one named Canon SX 130 IS. I liked it but Im not very confident. Please let me know if a better camera exists in this range.

It was really nice suggestion from anandkumar. You may go for this. And I have one more suggestion to try a new sony cuber shot camera with all required features i.e. DSC-G3. I have very good experience with it.
