Hi guys,

I wanted to start a discussion about rating of the photographs in blog's gallery. Lately everyone seem to give everyone 10 points for every photo. I know it's a friendly place and I do appreciate this, but if we give 10 to badly framed, unsharp photo, what's the point? How should you know you're getting better? what's the value of those 10 points? Getting rating 6 or 8 is not a bad thing!! All it means - you are on a good way but still have some improvements to do. Let's reserve "10" for those exceptional photographs that made you think "WOW" and don't get upset if someone gives you lower rating.

I am completely agree with you Karol. By giving 10 points to every photo how can we can the best one. So we should give points truly. I appreciate your suggestion.
