Hello All

First time poster

I have a Sony Nex-3 and the lenses are very expensive. I have been looking at lens adapters and would like to try one. Does anyone have experience of these adapters and can offer any advice.

Also my brother in law has a DMC-FZ38 Panasonic Lumix. Does anyone know if there is a lens adapter that would work with his lens? I found one that says it will work with an four thirds system but I can't find out if the lumix is such a camera.
