Hi,
I am just starting to dabble again after a long photo break, even moving in to the 21st century. I am looking at purchasing a eos550d. I have got an old 35mm eos300 with two lenses which are marked as AF lenses (taken from housing). Will these work with the eos550d or is it raid the coffers and sweet talk the missus.
Thanks

From memory, i think what you need to avoid are lenses with canon EF mount - they're totally incompatible with modern Canons, even if you start messing around with adapters. If what you have is an EOS 300D, they should be fine -although depending on what they are, you might want to get some nice shiny new lenses anyway to go with your new toy - can't go wrong with the 50mm 1.8 for starters wink.gif
