I want to buy a digital travel zoom that will fit in my pocket.
I however often can't see anything in the LCD screen of my Pentax in bright sunlight.
As I live in Australia that makes outdoor photos hit and miss.

Are there any good cameras with viewfinders that are compact digital that anyone would recommend?

Otherwise I have been looking at Nikon Cool-pix as their LCD screens have a reflective coating and 5 levels of brightness.
I also noticed sites selling anti glare film to put on LCD screens.
Has anyone any experience with these films or with the Nikon LCD s?

My other quandary is the amount of zoom.
The Nikon S8200 has 14 X zoom but some have 18 and don't seem too bulky or heavy.

What amount of zoom is going to be OK to use without a tripod because of camera shake??
I doubt if I'll use a tripod travelling.

So two concerns: glare on the LCD screens and camera shake on zooms over 10x
and of course the best camera to buy!

There are SO many cameras to choose from it is driving me crazy.
Just when I think I've found THE one I read a review and it gets canned!!!

Any recommendations and advice/thoughts much appreciated

Kathleen
