I've been looking at both the Samsung NX200 and Panasonic GF3K. They both seem to be great cameras and pretty similar to one another, aside from the price and megapixels. But I need a camera which will take both pictures and HD videos of my kids on every day basis, parties and vacations. I would have gotten the GF3K, but the aging sensor is holding me back and leaning me toward the NX200.

I would appropriate any feedback I can get.

I was comparing samples of both cameras and, though the GF3K is lower in megapixels, the GF3K seem to have better picture quality. Or is it just me?
