Is there an expert out there?
Can anyone tell me what cameras have all the following features:
* Completely articulated LCD screen (not just tilt) with good size screen and good definition (as I use this rather than a viewfinder)
* Decent macro with close focus
* Decent wideangle
* Usable manual focus
I am desperately in need of upgrading from my old Nikon Coolpix 5400.
I spend a lot of time crawling around woods taking shots of very small things eg lichens and suchlike, using a stone instead of a tripod.
I also need to be able to take wideangle shots of landscapes and tree canopies.
I am willing to take advice about what kind of camera.
Not in the running for the professional DSLRs, unfortunately.

Look at the Canon Powershot Series - My A540 has all those features. No longer available new, but can be bought used, I would guess. I am sure the Canon's in production also have these features.
