I am looking to by a weatherproof camera for my next backpacking trip. I have a solar charger but am having trouble finding a camera that can charge the battery through USB. Would like some help.

Hi
Great idea, beats dragging around tons of batteries, so my solution would be to find a camera that uses regular AA-batteries and use these USBCell.
Otherwise you might consider something DIY, if you're a little handy with tools. If you find a camera with a battery, that has a voltage of 5V, you should be able to directly charge it, as USB delivers 5V of power.
