Hi I am looking to buy a new camera as I go to new Zeland and Australia next year

The specifications I need is anti shake, good landscape/panaramic, also decent zoom and good at taking still and live photos people animals and landscapes.

Can anyone suggest a brand and which model is best.?

Make and model are such an individual choice. I personally had a lot of lenses that were Canon EF mount so I tend to stick with Canon. I think they're great anyway. There are all kinds of reputable sites that compare and research these such as CNET and many others. I do lots of research before I buy anything. I'm sure you will get plenty of solid advice here. Just my two cents.
