A 256mb Compact Flash formatted in a computer not compatible with Canon Power Shot 2

Power Shot 2? I've never heard of that camera before...

As an aside, I never format my memory cards via my PC - always do it in-camera.

Please be sure to format to the correct FAT system. wink.gif

I thing FAT16 is the one to use.

Anyway, ALWAYS REFORMAT the card with your camera for best results smile.gif .

I've heard it make sense to reformat the card regulary for speed of access rolleyes.gif .
