Hello,

I am currently working on a digital picture frame project. Our digital picture frame will be connected to a server system. Unfortunately, the company Ceiva was awarded a patent in 1999 which covers all types of connected digital picture frame systems and it seems it could block our project. This is a great shame because we feel connected frames would be of great interest for those who wish to enjoy digital pictures but do not have access to the Internet or a computer. The only way for us to go on with our project would be to show the patent was unduly awarded. And this can only be done if I can find a document which describes such a connected digital picture frame system prior to December 1999.

Can anybody help with this ? Have you any idea as to where to find such information ?
