I would appreciate your feed back, as I am new in photography & I am going to join photography college this summer.
I recently during thanks giving purchased Canon T4i (18-55) + (55-250mm) lens & got a used Manfrotto 3021 Tripod.
I would seek expert advice on which ball head should I buy which would suit my Canon T4i camera + Manfrotto 3021 Tripod, (currently T4i cannot fit 3021 tripod directly), please give me best 3 options starting with the 1st choice, as I do intend to save some money for my photography course too, so I am looking about a average / normal expense & not very high cash out.
Also I would like to know from where (online) can I buy the ball head, either a new or a used one, as I am just starting my life in photography world.
Thank you in advance to all of you for your time in reading the post & reverting back.

You didn't give a price range so I covered my pbases for pricing. Each one has a link to buy them from if you like.
Good Opteka TH40 this one can actually surprise you for a starter ball head. I beilieve it is also the same one that come on Dolica Tripods stock. $36
Better Manfrotto 496C2 13 pound capacity. new ergo style knobs. Good head, but a little plasticy for my taste. $66.27
Bestr Giottos MH1300-657 I like Giottos Ball heads for the money. you get a lot more than you do from jsut about any other manufacturer$119.00
I personally have the Dolica GX650B204 which has the head listed first, and I love it.
Good Luck
Kevin

Photography is a passion that most may find interesting, but will never grasp why it completely consumes some of us.

Hi Young Gun,
I can recommend Str8Shot Photo's second choice - the Manfrotto 496RC2 as I have one and it is excellent.
(Str8Shot Photo, your second link doesn't seem to be working - the others are fine...)
