In Instaglass you can view the effects in real time, either in the still or video mode. The app also lets you apply effects to existing photos or movies. While you are in camera mode, you can touch to focus, choose the front or back camera, and turn on the LED flash as needed

the app begins by giving you a variety of frames to work with. These frames simulate glass panels and shifts, which you can apply to your waking world simply by snapping a photo. You can also apply a casual warp effect simply by sliding the bar.

Tech BLA Solutions has just introduced their new photography app called GlassCamera, and even though it still has a couple of features pending, it works wonderfully. GlassCamera has two modes, Normal or Glass, and inside each mode you can choose either Still or Video. The choices continue, because within each mode you have a wide variety of lenses and effects, allowing the user to play with their masterpieces. http://instagram.com/techbla
