Has anybody used the Nikon R1C1 Macro Flash Kit? Would you recommend it?
We do a lot of Macro Photography and lighting is something that is always either a problem or takes up too much time. I like the look of this system, but not sure if it's any good.

I've also been looking at Ring Flashes - Does anybody know if they are good for close up work?
