I've always used Zone Alarm which has served me well.

I used to use Zone Alarm but I’ve recently downloaded COMODO firewall which I have found to more flexible. Have a look at both of them before making up your mind. If you want a free anti virus programme have a look at CA Anti Virus which you can download for free. This programme found some issues that my previous paid for Anti Virus software didn’t find…. Tony
