This doesn't apply to me because I've been around since Moses was in the bulrushes, but there used to be instructions on the upload page explaining that users should resize their photographs to the accepted size (right now it's 800 pixels max dimension). I've noticed that some new users are uploading their pics at full size which affects how they look on-screen. Perhaps add the dimensions to the upload page - lyk wot thay yoosed 2B.

Im getting bit upset
In the Enter a title for the photo box, type in the name of your photo.
Click the Upload/Submit button.
A new page opens showing the photo(s) that you are uploading. Then click the Process Files button. *******
(This does not happen!!!) Ive turned off pop up blocker and everything!
That's it! Your photo has now been uploaded to the Gallery! ****not working
