I'm looking to buy Corel's Painter Essentials 4. The full manufacturers version is about $100 including shipping. On the internet there's a web site selling an OEM version for $49.00 including shipping. The OEM version does not include the video tutorial(probably not necessary) and doesn't include the guide book(necessary!). Has anyone purchased this program? Any opinion on OEM's?
