Hello all,
I'm after a bit of advice. I've made my mind up (I think) to go for a Panasonic compact digital camera.
I like the FX55 and the FX100. I want a camera to take with me climbing, hillwalking, camping etc so it must be small and preferably have a metal body (I like the video option with the panasonics, also). All I really want spec wise, is good quality pictures and minimal time between pressing the button and the camera taking the photo. I've also looked at the Olympus MJU 790, which seems tough, but the pictures aren't great apparently.
Having read the reviews, most state that it's not worth spending the extra money on the FX100 over the FX55 but these cameras are now comparable in price at about £170. So should I go for the FX100?
Or something else? Or buy a disposable?
Many thanks for any help.
Which Panasonic?

I've not reviewed the FX100 yet, but the FX55 is a very nice camera.
