Hi everyone,
I am looking to get myself a new DSLR camera and some lenses. I have approx. $1300-$1400 and am looking at the following combinations:
400D + Canon 70-200mm F/4 L + 50mm F1.8 + Tamron 19-35mm
or
D80 + Nikon 55-200mm VR + 50mm F1.8 + Tamron 19-35mm
I would love your opinions and other suggestions if you have an extra minute or two!!!
Thanks
Confused

Hi Gerhard
My opinion will be slightly biased as i only use Canon, but i have an L lens and the Canon combination will be well worth the money.
Remember, the 400d has a magnification factor in EF lenses, a 200mm lens becomes a 323mm lens, but EFS lenses are not affected.
Hope this helps
