I am using photoshop 7 and need to reduce the size of my photographs so I can send them to this site ,they are about 800k each can you please tell me as I am brand new

easiest way is to "save as" .jpeg and reduce quality until the size at the bottom of box is down to 200kb
or image> image size then reduce pixels per inch or reduce width and height
