Does anyone know of a software program that will allow you to:
1. right click the picture, add a hyperlink to the picture, then
2. Select said picture (or any picture for that matter), then add a mouse rollover so that when I generate a web album, and the mouse moves over the original image, it shows another image?
I like ACDSee but it lacks these two features.

I use Dreamweaver for this, which makes it quite easy. There's actually a button that creates a rollover image with hyperlink and text. Hope that helps! Lynn

If you have the money to dish out on dreamweaver, this really is the easiest way. But if not, I will post some information anyway.
Rather than post the whole script, just click here and it will take you to a page that tells you exactly how to do what you need. It is a step by step tutorial on your specific need.
The guy who wrote this page lives about 45 min from me in Hammond, LA. He taught my wife in college and is really nice. If you have any questions about the script, he answers his email which is referenced on this page and he is really easy to understand. Most of his scripts can be just copied and pasted into your code.

I just thought of another program as well. This is if you are completely lost on Html. The program is called NVU. The best part is that it is free. It makes html editing really easy. It is not dreamweaver, but it rocks for a free program.
