Hi - I have a heavy Sigma 50-500 lens for my Canon 400D, and like to be able to change the angle of my shots quite rapidly. Obviously I want a sturdy pod with a real ease - and swift - change of angle. I trust the Manfrotto 055XPROB and RC322 head are adequate to the task, but not overkill? Anyone out there proud to have such kit amongst their prized accessories?
