Hi to you alll

I think this is my first post and I am hoping to contact anyone who is doing the City & Guilds Basic Photography course - soon to be followed by the Black and White course.

I thought this might be a good place to pool our experiences, problems, ideas and indulge in some selfhelp.

So, to kick off, here is my first observation; in the course, the preferred film speed is 100 / 125 ISO so if you are using digital...make sure your camera can be set that low.

Mine can't so had to resurrect my old Prakticas

I successfully completed that course a couple of years ago...

Do a search on the main PhotographyBLOG page for "City and Guilds", and you should find a few posts that I made about it.
