I have had my camera for a little over a year and I have the 18-55 lens that came with the camera, I am wanting to purchase a new lens I have around 400 dollars to pay for it. I had ordered a Canon 28-135mm F/3.5-5.6 IS USM EF Lens from Lens and more and when I called to confirm he wanted to know why I was getting this lens instead of the 28-70mm f/2.8-4.0 DG High Speed Compact Zoom Aspherical Autofocus Lens and I let him know I was not to familar with the lens and he convinced me this is the better lens.....after checking I am not so sure.....I need a walk around lens and I take lots of pictures of my grandkids they are the main reason for getting this camera, they are now playing sports. If someone could please help me with some info on this I would appreciate it. Thank you
