This 'option' should be removed. It is up to the owner of the photograph to decide who should or should not be allowed to have a copy of their image. Most photographers go to great lengths to maintain copyright of their images and, while I realize that it's virtually impossible to safeguard ownership of images on the Internet, copyright DOES rest with the photographer. Allowing random viewers to e-mail photographers' property could be deemed to breach copyright laws.
