You will find most professional tests of these cameras (only two for C-7000).
The biggest difference is the lens with one wide-angle (5060 = 27-110mm) and the other much more tele (C-7000 = 38-190mm).
Download photos frome steve's digicams and compare the same subject side by side, you should have a preference. Both cameras have a lot a manual settings including colour saturation, sharpness and contrast. So you can always change the defaults.
