How To Rate Pictures ?

Could anybody explain how to use this system to rate a picture ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ when the system only appears to allow a ‘poor ‘ rating.

I dont know is there an area where you can directly contact the blog owner instead? I would like to know where that is too!

I think it depend on time which we pass to see a image if photo is too good we spent more time than a bad photo,
the photo which impress us as much as good , excellent.........R you agree with this unsure.gif
