Apple has just announced the release of updated printer drivers for a range of printers, but on examination, they are all GIMP drivers. How good are these?
I want to upgrade to Snow Leopard, but an hesitant until Epson release new drivers, having previously had problems at the upgrade to Leopard, and in addition I am now Intel based.
I always create new printer profiles when things change (with Spyderprint) so would a GIMP-based profile be as good as an Epson one? I am a serious colour photographer, valuing good colour prints.
