I have just returned froma holiday in America and downloaded all my pics to the computer. My camera now does not read any of my Compact Flash cards. Can any one help?

Let me make sure I am understanding this right.
You got all the images off your memory cards and you now want to erase the cards and use them again?
My guess is that you tried to format or delete the images from the card(s) using your PCs. Some cameras do not like this and will not recognize the file format on the card. The easiest thing to do is use the camera's format/erase function to clear the cards.
