In Topic: Anyone Need A Brand New Hp Designjet90 Gp? (uk Users Only) Has To Go Soon!

Hello,

I won a HP Designjet 90GP printer in a photo competition last year (http://www.nceplus.co.uk/photo06/). It looks like a brilliant printer and I'd love to put it to use but I am moving overseas next month and can't really take this with me, and the money would be of more use than a printer, especially since I am a student! I'm sure this could be of use to a photographer so I'm wondering if there are any out there who would be interested in buying it? I'm totally open to offers, but please, no ridiculous offers of like 100! You can read the specs here: http://h10010.www1.h...950-500953.html

Thanks!

Hi folks.
I'm going to buy a printer for our office needs however I'm totally newbie in such things.
I saw list of printers at TestFreaks UK, filtered by score:
http://www.testfreak...ers/?sort=score

Top5 are:
1. Epson PictureMate 290
2. Canon SELPHY ES20
3. Epson PictureMate Zoom - PM 290
4. Epson PictureMate 260
5. Konica Minolta magicolor 5570

Please let me know the differs between these models, which printer from this list is the best, maybe you will suggest me something else?
Main need - fast printer.
Once again - I'm totally newbie and open for all your ideas.

Thank you

i'm always impressed with the amount of printer's & printer cartridges there are.
sure does make it tough to keep them all straight.

i have a topic kind of along similar lines;

anyhow i've put together a new yet slightly older computer. i'm running a pentium and all is well but my newer samsung printer won't work. all drivers seem to be installed fine. the computer shows that the printer is installed. checked printer with my laptop, no problem.
i'm stuck.

if anyone has any suggestions out there, i'd appreciate it. cheers. sam ...

Hi,

I recently brought a designjet 500 plus to print A1 images for canvas art and posters. Now that I have it though I have found out that its more for CAD's. I have been finding it hard to print an A1 image, either its smaller than A1 or it only prints about an inch of the top of the image. Is there anything I can do to print image files properly on this printer?

Obviously you have purchased the wrong printer. You should have purchase at least designjet z2100 printer, but anyway it looks though when you print large image files it can nor process fully goes out of memory. Under the driver setting last tab on right "advanced or Services" click on Trouble Shooting and select all the options. Resstart the PC and Printer.
