Hello,
I was hoping that someone could send me to a site or walk me through how to put a texture on a picture. I'm not sure if that's the right word or if I should use action. I went and took a picture of some cement and I'm trying to do that. I heard that it can be done I just don't know how. I can get it on there but I can't go and take it off of the people's faces. Then instead of it being a tan color it's a blue color. Any suggestions?? Thanks for any help in advance.
