Good evening
My father has a Samsung Digimax 401. It is a few years old now but reliable. He tried to switch it on but it wouldn't work so he replaced the batteries with new Duracell ones. Now when I press the power button the green indicator light flashes a couple of times and the red light flashes but that is all.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

What's best is you should go to a samsung shop and let them check you camera so you will know the defect of it...!!!

Samsung Digimax 401 is a compact camera with CCD sensor with 4.1 megapixel. I would suggest you that you should go to any Samsung shop. Technician will solve all the problems.
