Hello people, please could someone tell me what memory card would be the best for my fuji s7000, compact flash or xd? What is the difference between them? Excuse my ignorance. Len

In your case, It's easy to answer: buy a compact flash. wink.gif

There is a lot of compact flash on the market from a lot of different companies and they even try to make them faster.

If you buy a Xd card, there only made by Fuji or Olympus... blink.gif

You're fisrt problem should be the size of the card.
You're average image size is 1.6 MBytes.
You will put 80 images on a 128 Mbytes (I thing it is a minimum and they are really affordable).
