I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing problems on the website....the problem I am having is when I log out the page refreshes but I am still logged in. I have not been asked for my password since I registered as I am always logged in.
Is this right. or is it a glitch on the website?

Have you tried logging out on the Forums page, rather than the Gallery?
