I'm wondering if anyone has successfully managed to upload images to a personal website hosted by NG. Supposedly you can upload up to 100 of your best shots for free. This is from the front page of the PhotographyBlog page. Has anyone signed up for their Newsletter? Has anyone opened an account? Has anyone uploaded an image for the Your Shot consideration? I know the site is new and there are bugs to work out but I have spent hours tooling around the site and have become quite frustrated with it. It sounds like something I would like to do and if it's viable I'd like to perhaps recomend but as it is I feel that either I'm just not getting it or the news is way premature.

“My Shot” from National Geographic Magazine allows photographers of all skills to create their own web page at http://www.ngm.com to display their best photographs. “My Shot” members are able to upload and save up to 100 photographs on their own “My Shot” page. “My Shot” members can also submit their photos to National Geographic’s popular “Your Shot” feature, with the chance of being published in National Geographic Magazine.

I was given the link as well to be one of the first to sign up for MyShot. It looks interesting and I too am curious how the user interface looks, etc. I tried clicking on the link that was sent to me from NGM in my email, but i had a problem registering and opening my account. Since then I haven't tried to fix the problem. I am also curious if others have uploaded some pictures and how everything works and looks there. Have other had a problem trying to register with MyShot? Thanks
