I'm going to be buying the D80 soon and i can't seem to decide what Kit lens to get.

Now, which one.

Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G IF-ED DX or Nikkor AF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G IF ED.

Obviously, i'm a beginner, and need a good first lens, to start learning with. BUT, which one????????

Please Help Me, it will be very much appreciated.

I'm a begginer like you, and as you I decided to get myself a D80. I'm very happy with it. The lense which I got with it is a 18-135mm .

This gives me a good range with which to do a good variety of photos! I'm soon going to buy a different lense but i'd suggest this one to start with!

You will surely enjoy yourself with it.
