There are hundreds of programs (some free) to create albums...it depends on the features and level of sophistication you want. I would suggest doing some research to get an idea of what's available before you make a decision. There is no simple answer to your question. Good luck.

I 've found one, which with strong morph function that can transform one face to another in minites. i' ve dowmloaded and tried. the morph effect is really fatastic. my face turns to be Jenifer Aniston's in minutes! Geo-tagging: It still is rare that photographers send lat/long meta dataembedded in photographs but now when they do it will be as easy as clicking on Window/Show Virtual Earth to see on a map where the images were created. I tested this today with old photographs from Nick Nichols and I was able to see exactly where he was making pictures in Africa.

I use FotoFusion and it's great. There's a couple of templates to get you started, but it's very easy to pick-up and take-off with. I started using it a couple of versions ago, and the improvements have made it all the better. I highly recommend it.
