I've made a slight adjustment to the Competition and Photo of the Week Galleries.

Originally all voting and comments were disabled after the contests had ended, so that they remained as they were throughout the contest.

I've now decided to enable these features after the winners have been decided. This allows you to comment about the contest photos and congratulate the winners

just one thought, can you post those after-contest comments in another colour? i don't known how hard is this to code/do! (because of that i don't even comment the views/votes after the contest) what a silly thought

No, unfortunately there's no way of indicating whether the comments were made during the contest or after it
