I just want to know why i don't get any message on my computer when i plug in my usb cable (2.0) to download my pictures into my computer, i use my mp3 this way and it works, i have used another camera and it works also, so i don't understand why i don't get any response. please Help.

do you use teh same cable for all of them? If the Canon camera needs a different cable from the others (I know my canon needs a different USB cable from my sony) then try another cable. it's very easy to get a break in the cable. keep us posted!
