What's a good freeware alternative to Photoshop?
I've had to reformat my computer, and although I had thedisk for Zoombrowser I've mislaid my PS elements 2 disk. Any ideas (apart from telling me i'm an idiot wink.gif)? I've tried Gimp, but I didn't like it at all. I know there's some really good freeware out there, but I just don't know the names of it. anwers on a postcard...

Try Gizmo link below. I use Paint Shop Pro as a cheap alternative to Photoshop but PhotoPlus or Photofiltre are free and may be what you're seeking. Good Luck.

Thank you Sailfree.
I'm downloading PhotoPlus as I type. I'll let you know how I get on with it.
Many thanks
