Recently bought a Canon 10D. I will apologise in advance if my query is naive but I need some basic help.
Usually when I purchase a new camera, it comes with a CD that once run and installed does a number of things like enabling me to connect the camera to the pc to download my pictures. I did not receive such a CD when I bought the camera. Can anyone tell me how I can get a replacement.
I have tried to download from the Canon website but must admit that I am quite at a loss. Having the CD in my hand to run would be great for a simpleton like me.
Any help would be appreciated.
