Hello jigneshg,
Starting out in digital photography without experience but with some 'good pictures' in the past is not all that difficult. My suggestion would be to start with a 'Point and Shoot' camera, meaning you can't change the lens. For this I would say try the Kadak Easy Share. For ease of use it is tops. You will find grasping the basics will come the more you shoot and I suggest you shoot as much as possible as often as you can. Load up the software that will come with your camera and Kodak will file your photos for you and even allow you to do some editing. In digital photography editing is important. For additional editin you could try a free editing program from Google called Picasa. A nice little program. I hope this helps. Ron (Rangy Lil)
hello jigneshg,
my sugestion is a point and shoot camera, but with PSAM mode. thats to prevent mistake i have did. i bought 3 camera in 1 year . first chinese poor camera, only used for 2 month, than change with canon a470 nice point and shoot, good quality but only last 6 month because i got limited in creativity. now i use fujifilm s700, a prosumer camera with full manual control, i am really love this camera. i dont suggest you to buy prosumer or DSLR, because both type have consequence not easy to carry. its not small enough to fit on your pocket. i suggest buy a canon A5XX or A6XX or any type pocket camera with PSAM mode, its not expensive. after you really like photography and want more, you can jump to Prosumer or DSLR. if you dont like it, at least you have a nice camera for traveling anywhere. if you just like photography, pocket camera with PSAM mode can be used to take a creative picture too.you will get lots of fun. decide your type of camera than join to photography forum, seek the type camera you like and see picture taken with that camera, from dumbest until smartest photographer where they forced ther camera to the limit. camera review usually have a good picture sample, because is tested by profesional, they wont make mistake and the result is good even they said its a poor camera. and because you are a new one, i guess you will make some mistake even you buy the best DSLR. dont blame on your camera, just keep shoot and you will see your picture getting better and better.
keep practice
