Full Version: Decent 3:2 Aspect Ratio Digital Photo Frames In The Uk

Hi all,

I have been looking at digital photo frames for what now seems like ever. I particularly dislike widescreen versions (16:9) of which most frames appear to be, and 4:3 frames are not really ideal either.

Traditionally, standard photo sizes are of a 3:2 nature, but finding a frame that shows a great picture with good detail and colour, aestheticly pleasing, and are reasonably priced, with this ratio seems to be a difficult process. I'm looking for either a 8" or 10" frame with a 3:2 aspect ratio.

The new Sony frames are about the best I have seen, although they have an aspect ratio equivalent to 5:3, which I suppose is a half decent compromise of sorts, but of course they are expensive. I believe Philips made a very good 3:2 frame, yet it was only sold in the US and Canada.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Cheers

Chris

Does anyone know of ANY 3:2 ration photo frames?

I have noted that the new Sony frames are actually 4:3.
