Hi. I've got a weird question. Is there any filter, gel or any other method that I can use to shoot with colour film but I want my images to come out as close to BW as possible in camera? It's a question my brother has asked and I've obviously already said, just use BW film instead... Any ideas?

No. Why would you bother if you can shoot with b and w film?
