Hello to all,

I`m really puzzeld with these two cameras - I can`t find any clue to choose best camera.

There are some reviews but in summary there is no defenite verdict.

TZ6 - I like wide lens - big zoom - 300 mm, great quality of photos, known producer and well known predecessors by users, great look and easy in use

CX1 - liitle worse lens - also great quality of pfotos, new technology - CMOS instead CCD, new features - especialy Dynamic range in one press of button, but still it`s first in line with this technology and ricoh producer - I know only from copiers

I`ve checked already 20 pages with sample pictures - still without my favourite

please HELP !

best regards.

If I were you, I'll go with the Panasonic ZS1. One reason is I have more trust in the Panasonic brand. Also, the ZS1 has more optical zoom, and more wide angle lens. One more thing, it's cheaper. By the way, personally, I don't think using CMOS and CCD yields much different image quality.

Good luck with your shopping! wink.gif
