Hi there,
Need a bit of advice please.
I have a Minolta 800si film camera(with vertical grip) with both a standard and a zoom lens(75-300) and 5400HS flash. I am looking to buy either the Sony 350/380, which will be compatable with my Minolta flash and lenses or a Canon 450? If I was starting from scratch I would probably buy the Canon. Do I 'bite the bullet' and buy the Canon? Any views out there please.

If I were you, I'll go for the Sony. The reason is the lens and flash unit you have. I personally believe that a lens is more important than a camera body. In addition, entry-level DSLR cameras (like Sonay A350 and Rebel 450D) don't have much difference in term of image quality. rolleyes.gif
