If there's anyone who has a clue about this your help would be greatly appreciated. I've just got a Sunpak 4205G flash unit to go with my mamiya rb67 and have absolutley no idea how to use it. Do you just put the shutter speed to 1/60th and go with the ISO/stop setting given by the flash? The flash seems to have an auto setting. How does this work? It's not really auto is it?

If there's anyone out there with an idea it would be great to hear from you!!!

I was given to understand that the same instructions for the 544 apply. So if you search for Sunpak 544/4205 this may help you.
