I will buy one of these, but each as a problem for me. I would favour the Canon because it has more modes than the TZ7. even though most reviewers favour the TZ7. But the Canon has one disadvantage over the the TZ7; they say that the Canon doesn't zoom while shooting video; yet I saw this proved wrong in a shop demo (unless I was being deceived). Does this mean that Canon has fixed this? If so, has the model number changed? If so, I can find no evidence. So, if the newest of this model include zoom in video, how does one find this out if buying on line?
